לאחר שנים רבות, ועשרות אלפי הורדות חינם, אנו מודיעים כי החל מתאריך 1.1.2005 לא נוכל יותר לספק עידכונים חדשים בחינם. כדי להמשיך בשיפור התוכנית החלטנו להשקיע יותר זמן ומשאבי אדם, הגורמים לנו להוצאות ניכרות. מחיר העידכונים הוא נמוך ביותר: רק 50 ש"ח פלוס מע"מ. העידכונים יצאו מדי פעם במהלך השנה,  ויכילו שיפורים רבים שבוצעו על-ידי צוות המתכנתים שלנו. ניתן להזמין עידכון באמצעות האתר או בטלפון, והעידכון יישלח לרוכש בדוא"ל. אנו מאמינים כי באופן זה נוכל להמשיך ולספק לכם את תוכנת התרגום אנגלית/עברית הטובה ביותר הקיימת.

Important Note on Targunet Updates

After many years and tens of thousands of free downloads, please be advised that as of September 1st, 2005,  new updates will no longer be provided free of charge. In order to continue improving the program, we have decided to invest more time and manpower, which in turn imposes a certain cost on us. The price of the updates is extremely low, only 30 shekels plus vat ($15 outside Israel). New updates will be offered continuously during the year and will contain many improvements made by our programming staff. You can order the updates online or by phone, and they will be sent to you by email. We believe that in this way, we will be able to continue to provide you with the best English/Hebrew translation software available.

The latest update is always to the current year and month and includes:

- most error messages have been removed

256k!!! Now you can translate pages up to 256k (double previous limit)

 -every new version contains a substantial increase in the translation vocabulary

 -every new version contains a substantial increase in the number of translatable expressions

 - every new version contains improvements in the translation quality

 - very long addresses (URLs) now allowed

 - improved display of certain translated sites, such as Yahoo

 - Targunet can translate thousands of expressions, from Hebrew to English and vice versa.

 - has ability to translate pages double the size of version 8.1 ( up to 128k now)
